Years of Depression and Mess to Deal With

I don't know how else to seek help for this, but I live in Kansas, and the heat is getting bad. I live in a house made in the 40s, so we have no insulation cause old people couldn't build houses for some reason. Also, I'm 20, can't get a job for complicated reasons, mom is 43-ish (ADHD got me forgetting) and my little sister is 15

The part with all the depression and mess is that we have so many years of mess because we've let things pile up. We've gotten better, but some things are really bad, like a disgusting stove and a bathroom where the tiles came up revealing the previous floor because of, guess what? WATER DAMAGE!!!. I live with my mom, she's been renting for years. I just don't know what to do. We've been talking about cleaning for years, but 3 people (my mom, my little sister, and I) with depression, me with diagnosed (but untreated and mishandled) ADHD, it's hard to get anything done. My mom is the income, she works most of the time, so I don't expect her to do much anyway, I'm fine with that. But my little sister does NOTHING

This has gone on into a rant kinda. I just don't know what to do. It's going to be 90-100+ degrees farenheit for at least the next week and a half. We need to clean so we can get the landlord here, we've talked about it for years, and I've talked to my mom about getting things done, but we DON'T. Like I said, I don't mind my mom not doing much around the house cause she works most days, and cooks dinner when she's off. But my little sister does nothing unless she's basically forced to. The only progress made on the house was me washing 90% of the dishes like a year and a half ago. It's not even that bad, we just struggle with motivation. I want to do more, but he fact I know I'd be pretty much the only person doing anything gets me frustrated and makes me struggle with motivation even more

I just don't know how we're gonna make it through the rest of this summer. Last two summers we spent the hotter days over at my Oma and Pap's house, but they moved away last year

I've talked about this with my mom, we've looked into sacrificing meals and stuff, we've looked into programs that may provide free ACs. Like nothing. I'm so tired of this weather man

I know this is not a very appropriate topic, but this stuff is genuinely getting to me
