You deserve to be heard 💙
Sometimes, just saying things out loud lightens the load.
Talking doesn’t fix everything, but it reminds us we’re not alone.
Whether it’s with a friend, a stranger, or an active trained listener on 7 Cups, sharing your burden can be the first step toward healing.

that's beautifully said, you know I just posted my first thread, I hadn't received anything, but to my point this heavy weight is on my shoulders about how i'm now starting to remember my childhood trauma its even coming through nightmares. I don't know how to sort it out it's not like I can talk to my adoptive parents because of a police report during Christmas, and these strange but heavy emotions are indescribable.
Its indeed a heavy burden.
I am happy to listen to, it it helps 🤗
@StormPeace
do you have triggers? and before I share my burdens, how are you, have you had a good day?
Like many, I have my own burdens to bear 😁
But I have come a long way. Sought help, gave help, learned a thing or two--the hard way and now do my best to be someone's safe place to talk.

I love that I'm trying to do the same. Now there is a new challenge and that's the fact that iv'e always remembered fragments of my childhood how bad it was now i'm remembering more and it's hitting hard, makes me glad I can't talk to them.
It is indeed a challenge!! Painful even
But you will get through it 🤗 as alwayz!

it's crazy what can change when you have the right people around you in your life, now that this is happening I have the right people who can help me sort this out. My wife has had a rough childhood and so has my mother-in-law Us women share abusive childhoods they know how much i'm hurting they can see all the signs.
