can’t see a future
hello, it’s been a while since i’ve been on here. i’ve been feeling a weird type of way that i’ve never felt before. i want to start by saying idk if i have depression or not ive never seen any professional help to get diagnosed.
lately ive been feeling like i wont make it to my next birthday. just that i dont see myself living to that point. i dont see myself living. i cant picture a future for myself. i cant see myself past the point im in now. it’s like a black canvas. my future. i can’t see anything and nothing can be drawn on it. i don’t know if that’s normal. is it normal? or is this just a sign from god that i’m dying soon? or is it depression?

Its important to talk it through and ask for help!
