i feel so empty and lost all the time and most problems come from my guardians being mentally abusive and i really want to see a real therapist. i also have terrible anxiety especially about them so i have a hard time talking to them about anything. i don't know how to bring it up. once my mom saw me having a panic attack and went on a rant about how i was making myself feel like this for attention and i should stop faking. (i was sobbing and couldn't breathe btw) so im very scared to talk to her ab seeking help. if anyone has advice pls share

@pippaw Hey I just want to say first that im really sorry you're going through this. It sounds incredibly tough to feel so empty, anxious, and unheard. Especially when the people who should support you dont take your feelings seriously. What your experiencing is real and panic attacks are not for attention. You deserve care and compassion. If talking to your mom feels unsafe or just too hard you don't have to go through her to get help. Sometimes reaching out to a school counselor, a teacher you trust, or even a doctor can be a  good first step they can often connect you with a therapist or support without you having to explain everything to your parents right away. It might also help to write down how your feeling, either for yourself or as a way to share your thoughts if talking face to face feels overwhelming. That way you wont have to rely on words in the moment. You're not alone in this. There are also helplines and online chats where you can talk to someone who understands and wont judge you. Please know your feelings are valid and that wanting help is such a strong brave step. Keep reaching out whether here or to someone you trust because you deserve support and healing. Sending care 💕
