feeling down for quite a while

P.S: apologies on this long unorganized post

I was just thinking how my depression (self diagnosed + ai diagnosed?) has changed me a lot. Like now I can just imagine myself doing things but I can’t get myself to do that thing. Even if I do it I’m not enjoying it

I’ve been sleeping a lot the last 3-4 days. I guess that’s because now I’m free and hence I’m not occupied. But heck even when I was occupied I was still depressed though I was containing it.

Im tired of everyone knowing I’m sad and short tempered and not happy I’m trying not to complain a lot about it but in the same time it’s quite hard when you’re almost kind of lonely.

All my chats for the past 10 days have just been immediate family. Zero friends at all. I’m not gonna be the person who’s always reaching out. I’m fed up being that person.

ive tried going online for online chatting with new people but even that either nobody DMs me or if I message someone they won’t reply as if I’m doomed that I shall stay lonely

"apologies on this long unorganized post"

No need for apologies at all my friend, you feel what you feel and you can only express yourself in the way you feel able at this time - we understand.

If I may, I would firstly like to say that A.I./Online self diagnosis can be fraught with danger. It really takes a professional in the field to make a clear and definite diagnosis. There is no doubt that you are feeling what you are feeling but it may become much worse if you don't get some help in understanding, and treating, it before that happens.

In the meantime please don't be afraid to ask questions and, as Amanda suggested, take a look at a "Sharing Circle" and take strength from the fact that there are many of us here dealing with the same things that may be able to give you some helpful and supportive words.
Namaste,
D.
