idk what to do w myself rn

i've been feeling extremely burnt out for a very long time now, i just feel so drained and overwhelmed i don't know how to get better anymore

usually when i feel this way it gets better in a week but i just feel so hopeless

i'm just worried am i gonna get better again it really doesn't feel like it

i've been let down so many times i just feel very stupid every time i get my hopes up and everything goes wrong again and again but i can't help but feel excited that something may work out once

it really gets to a point

i feel so so tired

i just really wanna move on and heal but every time i try to something new happens and it all comes back

i just think maybe the problem is within? like even when i'm doing better i still have that same empty feeling and i don't have any more energy left in me to keep pushing and putting effort in every day cuz it just doesn't go away

it just feels like my body completely gave up before i do in some way i keep having panic attacks out of nowhere, my sleep quality has been terrible my heart hurts and my anxiety is over the roof

i feel lost does anyone know how i can fix this?

I'm sorry your getting beat up.. I hope things get better for you.. I hope you get some substantial support from 7cups and the local mental health services in your area. Keep going, there is plenty of help out there..🌲

No, I don't know how to fix these things, but I can tell you they CAN get better. You asked if the problems come from within? You might be right about that... It's easy to feel drained, emotionally burnt out, guilty, defeated, and regretful for just being to conflicted. I feel like it does start with the small changes to maintain your internal peace.

I'm sorry you're going through so much and I speak from a place of understanding because I was there too. You are most certainly worth experiencing peace and joy but sometimes it just takes longer to acquire for some of us.

If I were you give you something to consider it would be that you should take more time for yourself and reflect on what is important to you and your peace in the future. Acknowledge that boundaries are for your protection and others understanding. Once you start living in your own alignment and giving yourself permission to not be okay, but to have space to process then I think you could see positive changes to your approach to life.

You're not alone here and you will get better, it just takes strength which you've already displayed by coming here in the first place. Stay in the fight, you'll come to see the light through the darkness soon enough.
