@smartiss There's nothing wrong with you for feeling this way. 🤍 please be gentle with yourself 💖 You're not alone, and you truly matter 💜 Sending you lots of love ❤️❤️❤️

@smartiss
It sounds like you're frustrated by unmet self-expectations. I'm sorry you're feeling so down on yourself.
With no information to go on, answers can only be generic, but surprisingly valid anyway.
Who we are is a culmination of DNA (nature), environment and experience.
If you come from an ancestry of peaceful people who lived in remote regions, it's not very likely that you'll be confrontational or warlike. If your ancestry had an abundance of vikings or soldiers, the opposite may be true. There are also variations in basic survival skills.
We live in a world in which even the most popular and successful people will often in quiet moments ask themselves, “what's wrong with me?”
It's hard to feel like a good fit in a world mostly divorced from anything natural. That's why there's so much depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. It's easy to feel inadequate when the masks others wear makes it seem like they're doing better than we are.
Some actually are. They may have been born into greater advantage, or their DNA is more compatible with the unnaturalness of their surroundings.
It's not easy to be well adjusted in a maladjusted world. It's easy to imagine that the only way to make it is to be maladjusted in a way that suits a maladjusted society.
I suspect that you're the way you are because of what I've previously said, but I also believe that anyone would be the way you are if they had the same DNA and circumstances you've been faced with.
I hope you can find a way to be more kind towards yourself, just as you would be towards others who were dealing with similar issues.
