was it sexual abuse or not because i didn’t say no but i also didn’t say yes. he just done it anyways, everytime we hugged or cuddled it ended up with his hands in another place, anytime i told him i didn’t feel like doing it he would act mad or beg for me to do it “if i love him” “just this once” “ i know u want too” he said after i specifically said i didn’t. Every-time he came over it happened but was it actually sexual abuse because i never said no… does it even count?

@versatileTown5455 I'm so sorry this happend to you. Yes, his behavior is definitely abusive. The thing about consent is that it has to be expressed clearly, freely and without any fear or pressure, otherwise it's not true consent, it's extortion. What happened to you is SA, sexual and emotional manipulation, and it doesn't matter that you didn't say no: you didn't want it, you didn't give your free and enthusiastic consent, things just happened against your will and without you actually expressing what you truly felt. Be it out of fear to be left alone, emotional manipulation, or any other reason, he's the one to blame for not making sure that your wishes were freely expressed and heard. He did not care to receive a true consent, so he's the abusive one, you don't have to feel guilty or blame yourself for what happened.
If you are still in a relationship with him, please remember that you are worth much more than this. He's not valuing you or respecting you at all. Whether you are still with him or not, if what happened has taken a toll on you, it's your right to seek support. You went through SA, so you should feel free to contact any help resources for people who went through it, so you can process everything that happened.
You matter, and you do not deserve any kind of disrespect.

@versatileTown5455 don't worry, you're not the only one who struggles sorting out what's SA and what is not. Sex education focus more on "mechanics" of sexuality than actual consent, women's needs and feelings are often neglected, that's why so many of us end up experiencing SA without even realizing what it was. It's not your fault and you're not "overreacting", don't let anyone make you think that. There's right or wrong way to react to SA, each journey is different.

As a survivor myself,, I know how hard it can be especially w1th the self fake-claiming and others maybe n0t believing you.  You are a strong person and our pms are 4lways open ! <3
