something to think on okay?

hey guys gals and non-binary palls! (Thomas sanders says that and it makes me smile so i thought it may for you too!) so i know why you are in this group well somewhat you need support with your depression, right? or you want to help others! ether way good job! its hard to ask for help i know it is but here on 7 cups we are non-judgmental we want to help you in anyway we can! for me my way of helping is being kind to others no matter their ,gender,sexual identity, race ect! people all need help sometimes even the mods and listeners on here and just saying "how are you?" or saying "thank you" is a huge way of showing that they're helping us so for all of you to think on for this week or this year even! think "how can i show that someone has impacted me in a way that is good?" that may be harder than it sounds and yes i am aware that it is but try you might just make someones day or even save them from something going on inside their mind! remember to be kind to yourself love you for you! i struggled with depression and anxiety for a long time i still do as a 15 year old almost 16 my parents are in their early 50's and they do too so do my grandparents! and it does get easier but it doesn't come over night my friends it takes time but here at 7 cups we want to help you and i say this because things do get better!
