Constant approval or appreciation

Perhaps a childhood thing......... can be two ways one parents who want you to seek approval and praise and the others who never gave approval or appreciation and a person seeks it in every other relationship.

i can tell you it is not worth it ..... people will use that against you and ask for more and more from you...
