Hello, so to introduce myself my name is Eliza, short for Elizabeth. I am a teenager, and am not very content with myself. I don't know what all else to say, so that is all unless y'all are curious. I am also from Kansas, US.

@ChicaFoxy23

Welcome! There's some audio track on self-esteem here which have helped me somewhat. https://www.7cups.com/exercises/mindfulness/?showlist=1
The other stuff along the "growth path" here can help too like visually seeing progress as you collect "badges" for things like reading the self-help guides. The group chat seems pretty good. I haven't tried one on one yet myself and hear it can take a few tries to get someone you mesh with well.

Welcome everybody. My name is Aaron. Please allow me to talk about myself. I was born with many problems. As a child I had social issue. First off I had health issues concerning my chest and lungs. My chest was uneven and I couldnt sleep without proper ventilation. I suffer from asthma and a terrible sutter. Which made me afraid to be social. I was picked on alot. Being in speech classes didnt help either. Eventually my speech and health conditions got better. At this point I gain friends and still inside a loner. Between 8 or 10yrs old I was molested. Which added to things later in my life. By the age of 13. I tried to commit suicide twice. The first time the knive made me bleed. The second time the thought of my mother crying stop me. That was the very beginning of my depression as I look back. I would leave home to find myself where I ended up. I then caugth myself from jumping over an overpass onto . Somehow God stopped me. By Junior high I was skipping school and smokng weed. Due to being molested I learn I got issue of being sexual rejection. So sex wasnt simple. I met my first wife in which we had two kids. She didnt alot of things that help depress me more. She took the kids and ran off. She try to have me arrested. Let along hit my daughter with a bottle. Sat in the house and bring to smoke more weed and drinking. ALOT OF DRINKING! I had a Labor Foreman job at the time. Still do to bills and her actions. I lost of my job, house, and car. I became isolated from my family. To feel the void. I slept with alot of women and more weed. I always use protection. Grateful not to get an std. My depression became worst. I soon met my second wife. I started to believe in love again. She was good to me at first. Then I seen the real her. If you could stand by someone threw it all. I did. She stole my money and again I lost everything. My first wife jealous at this point has me going to court for my rights. My second is divorcing me while slandering at the same time. So now my anxiety and depression in upward over my jead at sky level. I real feel as if I haven't lived in years. Plus im a major insomniac now. This site is my first real time admitting my problems. Im trying everyday to keep it together. My heart has a gaping wound that's hard to close. So my bible and this site is my ointment. Please pray for me and I am for you all. Im in tears. :(
