How did you find 7 Cups?

I desperately needed help so I typed help into the computer and 7cups came up first.

I was searching tags on tumblr that were apparently concerning and prompted an automated message with mental health resources haha

I was having a hard time dealing with everything and was seeking out something where I can talk to people and then I found this.

I was actually doing a quiz on buzzfeed and I was going through the comments and found one that mentioned 7cups. I went ahead and looked it up and here I am.

I was watching a Mike Tyson, Tyson Fury and some other guy (can't remember his name but I think he was an ex-pro American Footballer) talking on a podcast and they were talking about men's mental health. The third guy mentioned it and recommended it to the listeners so I checked it out.

I was om tumblr, I was going through a hard time and I found out about 7cups. So here I am

My anxiety has been bad today, so I looked up Anxiety groups and this came up on google. Giving it a shot...

I found an app called Talk Space first, but I didn't want to pay for it since it is very expensive. So, I went onto iTunes to look for a cheaper alternative. This was before 7 Cups started to use licensed counselors. I found 7 Cups on iTunes and hopped on. The first active listener I spoke to was amazing and I'm still talking with her nearly 5 years later.

One of my friends told me that I most likely have depression. I decided to confide my thoughts into another friend who I trust wholeheartedly and he has told me before that he believes I need to find help. Again, he said he thinks I need to find help. I knew and still know that I do so in order to better myself for myself, him, and so many other friends, I started looking online. Found 7 cups just by searching around. First time trying it so I hope it helps.
