I was searching for free therapy for a year now and I ended up finding this, I've tried everything and was starting to lose the small hope I had but I was very lucky to come across this place

How did you find 7 Cups?: i noticed my symptoms were getting really bad, and i was desperate for help, but too ashamed to talk to family about getting it. i decided to look for online therapy, stumbled across cups, and decided to give it a go. i didn't like it much for the first day, but now i'm starting to enjoy it <3

I found it by searching up online depression support chats or something similar to that. Where I could be able to connect to someone and talk about my problems. There had been ups and downs of being a member but in all I loved it so much I wanted to help other people feel better and let them they're not alone.
My boyfriend recommended it to me :)
I was feeling down, and looked for a bot to chat. I actually found one (Wysa) but then tried 7 Cups and got hooked.
