A dear friend of mine who knows my story of mental illness told me about it. Im still learning how to use it for the full benefit.
I found 7 Cups looking through the play store to help with some anxiety relief
I did online search on online therapy since I have dealt with mental abuse from 2 ex-boyfriends and tensions at home. It didn't help when you suffer from depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress (thanks to ex number 2) then have a nervous breakdown and have nowhere to go turn and one Behavior Health care was constantly putting me on useless meds or overdosing me. I also needed something I could afford, so here I am.

I pray that since youve been here, youve been able successfully kickstart your path to recovery. Sounds like you had it pretty tough to say the least with a history of abuse. HOWEVER, the fact that you discovered this place lets me know that the universe has plans to help you grow into becoming a happier, stronger, and through my own personal prayers in addition, peaceful person.
I was looking around for group support chats, and I came across 7 Cups, so I signed up.
I was looking for free online counselling for teens
I was at a horrible place and looked up like online thearpy or something like that.

I was in a very dark place, I couldn't see hope no more, I had locked myself up, and promised not to open up to nobody ever again. I needed someone to talk to, I google "someone to talk to", I tried one or two websites, who had no one available at the time, then I found 7 cups as a google result, I clicked, and immediately a lady from the US listened to me, and I was stunned by the easy user interface of the website, and the empathy this lady showed me, I started seeing someone for therapy, and slowly, I started recovering, and I became a listener, I joined in June 2016. Since then, 7 cups is like my home, its where I heal my hurts.
