I came here..
Hi, Im Squidy..
I love to fish and am a big comic book nut, Im pretty easy to talk too.
For the past 3 months I have been having a hard time with validation. My depression and anxiety has started to make me realize that when someone is mad at me, their feelings are automatically valid and they have every right to be angry and upset, and I try to understand and respect it.
The issue at hand, is that when Im angry or upset no matter how small...Im all of a sudden the bad guy and unreasonable. They end up getting mad at me for getting mad at them...I just dont really understand.

Hey Squidy! ❤️ It's nice to meet you! 😄 I understand where your coming from. My anxiety and depression can make me feel as if others' feelings and opinions matter more than mine, as well.
Though it's very important for you to remember that your emotions and thoughts are equally important just as much as others'. I know your depression or anxiety may tell you otherwise, though I'm sure you notice it too that they don't speak the truth most of the time but only twist words around to make you believe something, like how they make you feel like a bad person for having negative emotions such as anger or sadness. It's not your fault for feeling these things. Emotions come and go, and you're not a bad person nor are you unreasonable for experiencing them. ❤️
Your feelings and emotions are completely valid.💕
I really appreciate that you do your best to respect and understand others' feelings. That's a really awesome quality you have there! 😄💞
I'm always here if you ever want to talk about anything, even if it's just random thoughts like these. 😊❤️🌈
