It's okay to be not okay. It's also okay not to have a plan to get better yet. It is also okay to feel for once, instead of only thinking. And it really is okay to ask for help. To admit to Mom that you need a break. To ask April and Emily for help even if they've both had really great days and are really happy, because you're not. Help is okay. It is not a waste of time. It can be part of the plan.

You do not have to force yourself to feel like your entire world is resting on your shoulders.
