When I finally get the courage to speak out, but I end up feeling emptier than before.
I don't have someone to share with--my day, my joys, my dreams.
I feel most lonely when.....
I realize that I have married a man with no self-esteem, that he will never get or doesn't want to move past the fact that he was homeless for a time and our housemate continually pokes at me about it......and I realize that I married him for all of the wrong reasons....
When my husband isn't speaking to me.
I finally trust people enough to share my pain and they either completely ignore me or do not care enough to even try to help me.
@angelicaaax This recently happened to me.
@angelicaaax I think so many have experienced this, you are not alone. To be let down at your most vulnerable is scary and horrible. The place I came to eventually after experiencing that betrayal was to a) decide to trust my instincts (build my confidence by listening to my own voice, not my inner critic), if they tell me this person is not to be trusted, I now listen and don't walk into a self-fulfulling prophecy, b) i don't allow their selfishness or self-absorption (my experiences) to become the definition of my value and my worth. The rejection is not a reflection of your worth, but their lonliness. I found when people are very selfish, etc, etc (not when they are legitimately busy and don't have the moment to spare) they are usually very lonely people. I now find sympathy for them, rather then hurt or disappointment.
When I question myself and I can't find answers about why am i like this
I feel lonely from the time she left me
I finally found the courage to tell someone that Im hurting but all they tell me is that its a phase and Ill get over it.
@strungbywhispers horrible. I
My mind speak louder than the noise around me.
