I have been living with depression for .....[share how long]

For quite some time

At least 8 years

3 years now. I noticed I was always sad as a child, but these past few years have been really bad. :(

As long as I can remember but it got progressively worse

On and off 30 years always mixed with anxiety and other ailments.

First Bad depression episode at 18, lasted about 4 months

Then at 32 lasted 3 years 1997)

Then again 2005 for about 2 years

Got hit Again in 2017 for about 18 months. I'm just coming out of it.

Sadness hits me all the time but I've learned to see the difference between the 2. , God is my rock.

I don't even remember... I've always felt out of place and not myself... With recent studies of psychology during my major fount out I had pediatric depression... Seams like it continued till adulthood...
