8 years. Ive had it since I was 12

At least 10 years or more.

6 years on and off.

For 14 years. When I was 14-15 I used to cut to cope with it. Then as I got older it turned into alcohol.

I stopped doing all of the above but depression is still there lingering. Seems like its getting worse these last few months.

I've had depression since middle school, maybe even earlier... like 5th grade. I'm 37 now. It's gotten worse in the last seven years.

34 years. I was 14 when diagnosed.

It'll be 5 years for me on dec 11th 2019. I was 21 when I was first diagnosed.

27 years. Im 40 and tired of fighting...of feeling like life is over, yet it never began.
