One thing I am feeling sad about today is....

My guitar is the only thing that holds me from selfharming. It's literally my best friend. And the strings are broken until Sunday. I tried to buy new in my town and in every town 50km around. I wanted to order them online at Sunday so they would be here yesterday... I didn't and now I have to order them anyway and they'll come on Friday.

I can't even pinpoint why I'm sad right now. I was feeling okay earlier today and thought maybe I was going to feel okay for a bit

I had a list of housework to get done and my toddler kept whining and crying. I have a responsibility to take care of her, my husband and myself, but I always end up neglecting myself... :(

Gave into the feeling to binge eat. Hate myself now.
