Dont understand why I can break through this depression. I have tried doing things that I used to enjoy but they seem pointless to me when Im doing them now.

@Sumar2 I feel like often. And it frustrates people around me that they cant pull me out of my depression by engaging me in these things that I do sometimes enjoy.
