One word to describe how I feel today is....

@versatileBlueberry618 I have been strugling with the same feeling. It has been a strugle for me since I had my kids. I won't give up, though. I know I can do it and so can you. I have a goal of loosing 30 pounds by the time summer rolls arround. Have you set youself a goal yet? I realized that I'm the type of person that needs outside motivation to get moving, so I decided to join an online support group and workout with them. Do you know what motivates you? some times knwoing that can help you creat a path to a rutine that feels confortable and less like burden, something to lookfoward to.
