One word to describe my depression today is...

Heavy, like a ton weight on my shoulders and chest

Not good but doing my best

Like I'm of no importance to anyone I feel alone in so many ways, Its like a dark cloud I just cant seem to shake off.... Yea, there are days where the sun preps out for a little bit of time but..... as much as I try I cant keep my head space out of the many negative places my mind goes.

Just empty . I'm laying next to my boyfriend. He's fallen .back asleep. It feels like he doesn't care about how I feel . This sucks.
