It depends on my depression or anxiety levels. I try to watch a new movie about once a month. But i can get thru an audio book in a day. My dvd’s have certain jobs, like help me clean house or simply laugh while doing something with my hands.

@Tazzie

Reading reading and reading. I am that kind of person who likes to imagine the scenes and characters how Iike, and how their voices could be and the way their expressions form. I like that more than it is acted in front of me.

@Tazzie I'd say a bit of both.

Reading can allow you to interpret events in your own way and use your imagination to visualise what it would be like.

Watching can give you the chance to witness a story in live action and see how it may differ or be similar to how you had it in mind.
