Definitely watching movies!
My eyes are bad enough that as much as I have always loved reading it's almost too tiring on the eyes. I've been switching to audiobooks a lot lately. Movies when I can but they just haven't been as good lately.
Watching movies. They give me inspiration on stories!
I do love doing both. I would say read because when I read, I can imagine things and create my own movie in my head :)

Movies!!
I used to love reading as a kid but it sort of changed when I slowly grew up. Never had the motivation to go through the first chapter and my heads get dizzy. Movies however, is much more easier to watch and the movement and actions keeps me not bored. That’s why I love Marvel and DC because it has sci-fi and action that gets me going. Also Marvel & DC comics are an exception when it comes to disliking reading.
