Often, we spend money and our thoughts shopping for gifts for others, but what is the gift you would like to gift yourself?
Me: A paid vacation with my family in a beautiful place
Time.
To find myself and calm down. The earth is spinning way too fast for me.
no voices in my head telling me im not good enough
An encouraging voice within my mind which drowns out the self-defeating, worried, venom-spewing thoughts (which tear me apart inside) with its own friendly, compassionate thoughts - while also helping me keep a balanced perspective on things.
The gift of truly loving others unconditionally, including myself.
A quiet day hiking
Confidence, drive, self belief.
A cruise to the Bahamas with my mom. One that we leave on in the morning!!!! 😀 thanks to my sweet husband
