Hi I'm 31 year old female from India battling anxiety and depression for past 6 months. I enjoyed doing things like baking, going to animal shelters, liatening music but now a days I can barely get kit of my bed. Hope talking to people like me will help.

, but I love animals and recently adopted a kitten. I also enjoy writing and the spiritual aspect of life. How are you doing now?
@Chiaroscuro1, well things aren't that great with me. My anxiety is currently sky high and on better days, I'm able to sleep for 3-4 hours and wake up panicking on most of the days. I think medication is the only thing that can help me now.

hello, I am Fakhra. I am 16 years old girl. I have social anxiety. i try my best to communicate with other people. its hard to interract with other people since i am suffering from social anxiety and people think i have an attitude problem because i cant properly talk to them. i love to make new friends.

I've struggled with depression for a few years now, and also deal with anxiety problems. I'm sort of on the road to recovery, but it's a long and bumpy road, so I'm still working on that!!!!
But I'm a pretty happy person overall, and hope all of you stay alive♡
Hello Im Katelynd. I dont know what I am doing. Been suffering with depression since I was 14 I am 32 now. Isolated, constant reminders that I am not good enough. I just want it to stop. Id like to make friends.

One random fact about me is that I love taking aesthetic pictures! I have been struggling through depression for many years and as life has ups and downs so it's not a thing anymore.
