For me it's a cup of tea. No matter how I'm feeling I will always enjoy a cuppa. (A bit enjoying tea very predictable I know)

@Heyanonhowwasyourday

I have a few things that improve my mood. I like to read and take nice warm showers. I also enjoy cuddling with my pets 😊

Ten thinghs that sometimes helps my mood are:

1) watching tv shows

2) reading

3) talking with my someone

4) going out

5) mindfulness exercise

6) spending time with my cat

7) cooking

8) going to work, mostly being with my colleagues

9) shopping online ;)

10) playing games

The last three are the less useful because being at work sometimes makes it harder, bying things online only last for so long and the last thing makes me feel like I'm wasting my time I don't know why.

Doing little things that I have no motivation for but force myself to do, helping people, drinking tea, etc.

@bleubrimuffine Sometimes that push can be helpful, but don't overwork yourself. You don't deserve that stress. :)

One way to definitely get me improving my mood is going for a long walk and not listening to sad/angry music
