I think I have to write triggerwarning or something like that here because of selfharm/suicide things or whatever else,so.... you've been warned
My father saw the scars on my left arm and now thinks I'm cutting myself because of the situation I talked a while back (which is totally not true, I'm cutting myself since a long time but he still keeps thinking it's because of that, quite funny) so I want that if he see them again (I'm still cutting and all that stuff) that I have an excuse like,... I don't know,... a cat scratched my arm or whatever else. Any good ideas? If not it's fine too, I'll probably die in a few days or weeks, so no big drama.
P.S: I'm sorry if you got eyecancer, I just suck at english, greetings from germany at this point

Sorry that things are hard for you. If you are considering ending it all please also consider contacting a crisis line either by phone or chat. Suicide.org or https://www.imalive.org/ (IMAlive seems to support conversion therapy last I heard so best not to use unless you happen to be cis gender, sorry I'm not aware of a better chat line at the moment. <3 ) Please also remember this phrase, "When you're going through hell, keep going." because giving up on life ends all possibility for seeing that things can get better if you are willing to seek out and accept the supports out there. I know it looks impossible because I've been there myself but things can get better.
If you do own a cat what you've suggested to say makes sense. There are some people on 7cups who understand self harm as not necessarily a life ending measure and just a method of coping. I believe there's a video in the Self Harm help guide in the path menu which may offer some insight you can pass on to your loved ones for understanding your intents better if that's the case. It may also help you feel less alone.
If you seek a listener on 7cups I recommend looking at the ratings first rather than going for someone random because it being anonymous sometimes it can be hard to find an immediate answer from someone that will not do the opposite of being supportive (there are some random trolls and please do report if that's behavior you come across here).
@CoinFountain I do not own a cat or a dog, it was just a silly example. And if it comes to that talking thing : I'm not good at talking. Not at all.
Honestly the only reason why I made an account here was because Tumblr send me here while I was desperate, but hey, who cares? Atleast I don't care anymore. And I don't love anyone or anything, so I don't have any use for the video, but thanks anyways. It's just that it's so f***ing stressfull if someone bothers you so much and in the end it led to more cutting.Thanks for everything, but I think I just cover it so no one sees it.

Well, if I would've been smart then I would have looked at everything first instead of just writing my garbage where it doesn't belong (in my eyes atleast, self-harm and depression are two different things, even if I "suffer" from both) but I don't really know, I'm too stressed right now to think in a clear way.

No need to feel sorry with me. Not at all. If you would know me better you would hate me too. Anyway, case is closed, you don't have to bother with it. I'm just wearing shirts with long sleeves now, don't want to make a big drama out of it since it's not that bad anyway.
