That feeling alone in a crowded room feeling is heavy and often felt by many of us. I think if you were to sort through your thoughts with someone you trust, like a friend or a 7Cups Listener, you may grant yourself a clearer insight as to where this sense of loneliness comes from.. and how to overcome it.
