Am I depressed?
Too lazy to go to the shower, do cleaning, do homework, fall asleep and wake up. It is better to watch videos with cats. Procrastinate.
You want to sleep, wake up - you want to sleep, you sit at a lecture - you fall asleep, you try to delve into the task at home - it

Stigma...people who do not understand our depression call us lazy, procrastinators, hoarders etc...it is nice to feel good and call ther people names....
@MysticSerendipity i feel like I'm just procrastinating like I will go to a concert but I won't sit here and do that homework
@heymeow3
That is smth different😊🤗 and it is about living life...studdies are stressful, a concert is nice and unwinding...I am not going to lecture you since I regret wasting my youth years...have fun😊 (shhh, do not say I said it😉)
@heymeow3 I am not an expert, but what you describe does sound like it could be depression, even though there are times when you feel alive.
When you say you saw a few therapists, that's surprising. I imagine that a really good therapist would be able to work with you to understand what's going on and make it better.

If you are, I would say that you're still at the beginning stage. Meaning that there's still time for you to understand what's going on and turn things around. Keep in mind that depression is not solely categorized by procrastination and a lack of interest in things. You could just be "stuck" and need something to get you "unstuck"...this doesn't exclusively mean you're depressed. Do you feel sad/angry (they're two sides of the same coin), or anxious or lost more than "usual"? I've heard (and find it very true) that if you find yourself staring mindlessly into space for long periods of time, losing track of your own thoughts, there's a very strong chance that you may be depressed. Remember that depression is not a "one size fits all".
