I've felt different for my whole existence, from very early ages I was seen as 'gifted and I performed pretty good in school and college, but I always felt that something isn't right.
Now that I'm getting older I started to realize that I don't have any idea about me at all. I always tried to blend in with the environment that I was into and never really thought about myself at all. I feel that I don't like anything and my existence is pretty much pointless. I skip classes, miss deadlines etc. just because I spend most of my time doing unnecessary things like doom scrolling.
What should I do? Or how do I get to know myself?
It sounds really odd to not know a bit about you, but that's what I genuinely feel.

I don’t think it’s odd to not
really know yourself. I feel that as we get older, many people can relate to
this feeling. A little self-exploration is always good. I feel that we constantly
continue to learn, grow, and get to know ourselves better. 💜
It doesn't feel odd to me at all. There are lots of people who are in search of themselves even when they are elderly.
The fact that you are looking now is a good thing.
I think that you start by stopping the doom scrolling. Turn off the computer and get outside some. Start looking for the physical things that you enjoy.
Think too in terms of any class discussions or lectures at any point in the last 3-4 years that you enjoyed. What were they about? @politeFarm3593
