Depressed again
I just had another fight with my sister. Im always so kind and appreciative towards her, I always try to support her and I put her above anyone. She is always so aggressive and gets easily pissed, she is very careless and it seems like she doesnt appreciate anything I do for her. Every time I try to give her an advive or talk about stuff it ends up bad. It all got worse by the time she turned 18. I cant keep up with this attitude and it breaks my heart because I feel like I am losing my little sister and I feel like it wont matter to her. And this situation makes my depressed state of mind and my bad thoughts worse.

We can feel so strong to the world, but crumble instantly when there is conflict with someone we love closely, like a sister.
When we're teens, we are going through hormonal changes, we've become overly confident in our ability to critically think, we reflect constantly and it's totally natural to be self-centered in this phase of life-- that's a universal stage within our adolescent cognitive development. When we deal with teens and newly young adults, it's important to remember-- they've got a lot on their minds already.
Keeping an objective perspective and being able to compartmentalize this, may help the way it personally impacts you when you experience her frustration or anger. Even when met with anger, we're still planting seeds- and providing (a much needed) structure.
You look out for your sister because you love her-- and, she may not openly appreciate your advice now, but your words will stick with her and may even slowly work themselves into her life as she sees fit. You're an amazing big sis for trying to set her up to lead a brilliant life.
I wish you two the best. x
