Depressed and Desperate for help!! Please!!
I’m 34 years old who suffers from depression and anxiety from PTSD and trauma I’ve experienced in my life. I am currently having a hard time during this pandemic to work and financially keep up on my house. I don’t have a car as I lost it a year ago when I had my divorce. I have a 7 year old daughter whose school has been helping a great amount. I do not have any close surviving family members in my life and cannot find any sort of support to help me on my feet. I feel like a loss cause and I don’t know how much more I can take without giving up. Please if anyone can help me... I really need the help!!!
Hello your story is very similar to mine but I cant afford a Councillor and don't want to talk to a doctor right now so I'm not diagnosed. This pandemic is so isolating. Depression itself is isolating I feel like I can't talk to anyone and I have to show a happy face for my 2 girls. Be proud of yourself for reaching out it was very brave!
