Depressed and anxious about 40 year Marriage
Marriage deteriorate much since Covid. 78 yo spouse with health issues is constantly worried about it, even thought it is less of a threat. We have been in a bubble as i respected him fear, but now i need to fight it and live life again. A relative is coming to bvisit and we will take a trip (without spouse). I need to tell him abotu it, and i fear he is goign to snap abotu it. Not violently, but yelling abotu the danger of it or something liek that.

You can not change their minds some folks of ALL ages have an irrational fear IMO ..... it is a virus ... and from the beginning there was simply no way to protect yourself from all contact with others of whatever
just go and live and if they throw a fit so be it .... they need to figure it out themselves
