Patrick I just watched the video and I think it's awesome. I loved the casual, personal tone of it...it felt like a conversation rather than a video. Thanks so much to you and Katfor doing this, I feel like a lot of people will benefit from it :)

Aww thanks :) I just recommended your show to one of my friends who's been fighting depression for the past few years--we're both college students from the northeast, and it's awesome seeing someone like us who really understands what it's like.I had what in hindsight was probablydysthymiaand anxiety in high school but ended up working through most of it on my own and with the support of my parents, so what you said in the video really resonated with me--even though I consider myself recovered the thought patterns are still there, I just have the wherewithal to fight them off most of the time now. Best of luck to you, I'm so thrilled that you're doing this.

Hey people, just wanted to let you know episode 2 is up woohoo! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTFdcTYwXQEJust me this time talking about triggers but me and Kat should be back soon with episode 3. I think we are going to tackle winter depression, because winter seems like the time when depression hits us the worst. Sunlight is our friend. :) If you are a college student reading this have a great rest of your break if you are still on one. Stay strong and stay safe, sending out my love to all of you.
