I honestly don't care much about depression. I lived my life quietly without wanted much and accepting it but depression became worse causing alot of problem. Having tense back muscles 24/7 which creates alot of problems. I went to three psychiatrist for a year and did some CBT yet it didn't even help me Abit. I'm seriously getting annoyed how there is so little help. What am I supposed to do. I m doing my best to stay together. Yet I'm getting very frustrated. It's now been years like this I quit studies and cant do most jobs. My stress/anxiety just completely gets out of control. Leaving me with one choice to quit and just do nothing.

Anyone have some good story about some old man living in some random place who performs miracle. Give me some false hope isnt that the best depressed people can get?

Just frustrated with negative emotions but I try and stay positive peace and hope you all are doing well. If you have read this crap this far.

@LostAtlife001

This is not crap, you shared your feelings which is a good thing because sharing feelings can be so hard

I'm really sorry you face so much challenge with depression but i know how empty and hopeless it feels like getting sucked into a dark hole

But you also seem to have some hope as you tried different doctors and even are here talking about it, does it mean you really want to work on yourself? I hope it does because that will be the bestest possibility here to hope for

What has lead you to fall in depression?

Have you tried working on the causes and eliminating them from your life?

Hi there, Lost At Life. Thank you for sharing how you are feeling- everything you said is valid.

It can feel really difficult and disheartening, especially when we are feeling the physical effects of depression, that there is no direct cure. However, help is out there! There are many people who have been through or are going through the way that you feel that can help and support you.

Education and careers can be really difficult with anxiety, but I hope that you can find support from your family, friends, and community. Your experiences are your own, but there are so many people out there who feel similarly to you. Reaching out which you have done is a great first step towards achieving support and help.

Again, while there is no cure, there are many treatments and ways to get support. Below are a couple helpful links/resources.
