Depression,paranoia schizophrenia

I have schizophrenic fantasies and sad fantasies and depressed for a few years now and have social anxiety and no new sexual developments. Now i get schizophrenic fantasies my mind engages i feel in a different world for a couple of mimutes and then mind gains back concentration and other violent or crazy thoughts its weird. Like i get tired of these fantasies now and it bothers me or i can get earworms almost all day.

@tallHemlock5534 You're dealing with a lot of stuff there. Can you try to get a little medical help for what you're feeling?
