Hi,so I have a question for everyone. Dose anyone else have no one to talk to so they just go over thing in their head? Like I will have whole conversations in my about how I feel and just assume how other people would react (mostly with hate and disgust) over what I have done with my life. I have kids that I live for and I try very hard to stuff those things down but the second I am alone they come right back.

@wolfman77 I think most of us have these ruminations... That's why it's nice to have 7cups - did you try connect to a listener instead of only going through it in your head?

Yes I have but only once and our conversation was cut shot dew to the fact I was taking care of my kids and was unable to concentrate on it. I am not good with social media so I hope no is mad that I view message boards like this as a way of getting things out of my head and in to the universe. I like talking to someone about my thoughts and feelings is selfish and yhat I am just looking for pity

@wolfman77

Hello, I can relate. It's hell in my head... My intrusive thoughts requires a lot of mental effort to appease (be it journaling, calling helplines, or just speaking to someone close - I faced rejections too because they are incessant) I keep a diary at general support where I spill heavy emotions and unedited thoughts... I cringe when I reread some of my postings.

I've opened up to people on here too, and understand that they too have their limitations. Sometimes I unabashedly spill out my thoughts and surprisingly connected with some listeners and members... Although our conversations are inconsistent, it's nice knowing that I'm not alone...
