Enough is enough.
I had realized months ago that my only realistic option to “survive” everyday was to rebuild the walls around myself and rebuild the “persona” that people see.
It took a lot out of me to do this, not just mentally but physically as well. Daily living is draining enough as it is much less the added reality of my body giving out. My long term memory is starting to fail me as well as my routine of following the same routine at home to ensure I am at least surviving. I struggle with names of people I have known for years. I am having more and more difficulty remembering things I have just done seconds ago.
Why must I be forced to continue to live this way and not legally have the option to leave on my terms, not continue to decline and be a financial burden on the taxpayers in the near future.
To take more pills that may or may not be beneficial, to force my struggles on someone who doesn’t know me and is just “doing their job” , is not the way to go. That quality of life is not the way it should end. My life has been meaningless, why should that continue to spiral down to some stranger forced to deal with me while my mentality and body give way?
Honestly, enough is enough.

Hello!
I have been looking at your post for a while now, and
so far I cannot really think of anything that feels like a satisfying
answer to this thread.
It sounds like you are going through an incredibly hard time right now, and I cannot even imagine how you feel.
That
said, you reached out and that should be seen. So despite my lack of
words I am leaving a post here, just so you know, you are not alone.
@BlondeBunnyorRoselin Thank you. Reaching out and saying what you did is enough. I’m truly thankful for your kindness and compassion.
@BlondeBunnyorRoselin
I don’t think anyone has the answers, at least the “blanket” ones that only apply in things like math or physics etc., we are humans and generalizations don’t apply. We are all alike and different,
I don’t expect answers, I don’t expect anything. I respect and appreciate everyone here , and whether or not they respond, I am fine with that. Though it is highly appreciated to get the kind words of support and anything else that wants to be shared with me.
Thank you again. I am grateful to have received a strand of your kindness.
That sounds so difficult for you. It is a hard question to answer why. Sometimes for me I have to remind myself of the importance of little gestures - smiling at someone or listening to them tell a story (even if you soon forget it). You could be helping others without realizing it. It probably doesn't make your challenges a lot easier, but it is a reason for living. @Iamwhoiamwhoami
@bestVase7265 That you once again for your support and kind words.
You are welcome. I hope that you had a good day today. @Iamwhoiamwhoami
@bestVase7265
Thank you as always for your kindness and support.
I don’t remember that day so I can’t answer that question.
I am very appreciative to have been in your thoughts.
It is nice to see you doing a bit better overall. You are clearly seeing the world around you a bit more. @Iamwhoiamwhoami
You can never see it in yourself at first. You just have to trust the others that are seeing it for you. Every mini step forward means something even if you take a step back occasionally.
@bestVase7265
Hopefully I will see what you see sometime soon.
Thank you, as always I appreciate your kindness and wisdom.
See, I can see it right there. You couldn't have written something like that message six months or a year ago. You are in a different spot where you can grow more easily now. @Iamwhoiamwhoami
