1. I cant wake up with my alarm anymore (my dad has to wake me up)

2. I dont go on the bus anymore (my dad has to take me because I have no will to do so anymore.)

3. I feel unmotivated

4. I feel like a failure even tho I'm doing good in school and cross country

5. I feel fat because I haven't been eating healthy.

6. Everyone in my family keeps judging me but dont understand how difficult it is for me to even go to school.

7. I keep comparing myself

8. I have no one to talk to.

9. I'm sleeping late.

10. I plan to do things but can't follow through, no matter how much I wish I could complete it.

11. Everyone is stressing me

12. I can't go without crying everyday.

13. I feel like I am wasting my youth away.

14. I cant take a break because I dont have that luxury. Work just piles up, I have to go to school and my parents won't let me skip, I have to run everyday or else I feel worse and even fatter and I actually like running but my thoughts take the fun out of everything. It's just so hard.

What can I do 😭

@randomp3rson you are not a failure.

@randomp3rson you could try really hard to set your stressful thoughts aside when you have time to relax like cross country or like when you shower. And try to do your hw as soon as you can and don't do everything if it isn't due right away. Spread out big projects. So maybe you can get to sleep earlier. Are you seeing a therapist?

@lightBranch5967 I've gone to 4 but once school started and my parents are working, it's been hard to find to schedule with a therapist. Thanks for the advice however

@randomp3rson you're welcome. The beginning of the year can be pretty stressful but when you get a good routine going it will get better. And you can make time to get more help which would be good. In the meantime, it will probably help to do things that help you de-stress and set some time aside where you don't think about things that stress you out. Hang in there. You got this.
