Father's day
I despise father's day. My father has left me with this gaping hole in my chest that can never be filled. I am convinced that I am unlovable and that men treat me like shit because they sense that too. Or whenever I do find a good guy, they always end up changing their mind about me. I work at a restaurant and I had to say happy father's day countless times today and each time broke me more and more. I was blessed with uncles and older cousins that view me and love me as their own daughter but it's not the same. I just hate this day

I understand how damaging it can be having to wish 'happy fathers day' after what you had to go through. It's not true that you're unlovable. I'm sorry that you think that way :( Those men that treated you 'like shit' don't deserve you. They seem to be struggling themselves. No one deserves to be treated like shit. Its difficult to find the appropriate partner but I'm sure there's a man out there which fulfills your needs and expectations. It just might take some time until you find him. Maybe those 'good guys' weren't really that good for you in the first place since they changed their mind on you. See there are some men that love you like your uncles and cousins so I'm sure there's also a boyfriend out that that will love you how you are🤗 If you feel like you need to talk to someone you can always message me.
