Fighting for normalcy

It doesn't work. I cry walking, on the train, in the shower, brushing my teeth, eating, at my desk, in between classes. I've stopped taking calls or chatting up on messaging apps. Doing anything takes immense effort and I don't know how much longer I can keep it up.

Hi @PetuliaE I’m very sorry that you are going through such a difficult situation. I can relate. It doesn’t hurt to see a doctor, pills can help you in a first stage, then you can replan your priorities with another mindset. Being always sad and apathetic is a normal response of the brain to some bad stimuli. Meds will help you rebalance your serotonin levels so you can get on your feet again. Don’t be afraid to seek professional help (been there, I know). Sending much love and best wishes. Everything is going to be fine, one day at a time 🌸

Being Depressed sucks. When you see every person living their life and you just arent the life of party. You just dont want to live like this. I am in the situation where I dont like existing. Feel like dont belong anywhere.
