Hitting Rock Bottom
A lot of times when we feel depressed we feel like we're at the lowest of the low. Why is that? Well, inside of our head, we have our negative thoughts and our positive thoughts. When we are depressed, our positive thoughts seem to diminish or become invisible, whereas our negative thoughts become more visible and frequent. It's really hard to come out of the brain's depressed state, which makes us emotionally and physically depressed. If you can, I'd like for you to post at least 1 helpful way we can all get positive thoughts back.
@BlueButterfly4 I love the use of DAILY positive affirmations. There are many apps that provide these as well as any google search. Another method that I enjoy is putting on some upbeat/uplifting music. It can really turn my day around.
@BlueButterfly4 Though it's not the healthiest way to get my positive thoughts back, I love making something like art and showing it to people. The feeling of validation and success helps, ya know.
