Hey @Djeidi heart This is a pretty huge question! Since experiences of dysphoria differ massively from person to person, I suppose itll largely depend on your assigned gender and what exactly youre struggling with. For example, if youre afab you may struggle with your chest and might opt to bind (safely please!), or amab people might experience a lot of lower dysphoria and decide to explore tucking. On the other hand, theres the issue of social dysphoria (ie. feeling uncomfortable with the name/pronouns people use for you, or the gendered expectations they hold over you) which can be much harder to know how to deal with if youre not out or if those around you are unsupportive, but some options could be to experiment with different names (maybe a more neutral version of your birth name or middle name(s) if youre not ready to come out), or I remember somebody else saying on here that it can help a little pretending youre under cover and using your imagination a bit to try to ease the discomfort.

Sometimes early on in exploring our identity, whilst we know that were not happy about our assigned gender, we cant necessarily pinpoint exactly the things that worsen that suffering the most - can you talk a little more about the elements youre struggling the most with or is it more of a general overwhelming feeling for you at the moment?

You might like to head over to the LGBTQ+/MOGII subcommunity here if you havent already, and you can find more gender identity related threads here. smiley
