Hey sorry to hear you're sturgling but a break is just a break.

My tip is just try to find something else that makes you happy and whatever it is as long as it doesnt hurt you or others do that.

Im not a therapist or anything but this post just hits me hard and i wish i could help, stay strong!

@Razzaza thanks for replying.

I know we need a break but I need him to function. He told me to find what makes me happy too, but I dont know how to. I used to dance but injury prevents that. I have a degree in psychology ironically but Im not interested enough to pursue a career. I work in a school but Im starting to hate it. Im at a loss

Music helps me with a lot of things but i recommend you talk to someone close to you and let them know how you feel. Its a lot easier to cope with things when someone close knows how you REALLY are doing.

Other than that im very very sorry thingss arent too good for you, I was also there once but im slowly slowly getting better and so will you!

@conscientiousTiger7814

I don't like to recommend any artist cause im like an emo boy lol. Just listen to whatever makes you feel something, either through lyrics or the music itself. That has helped me through a lot.

My fav bands however are: Bring me the horizon, Dance gavin dance, Don Broco, PVRIS, Architects and Oceans Ate Alaska.

Those are just few that come to mind cause i love music.
