Hey sorry to hear you're sturgling but a break is just a break.

My tip is just try to find something else that makes you happy and whatever it is as long as it doesnt hurt you or others do that.

Im not a therapist or anything but this post just hits me hard and i wish i could help, stay strong!

@Razzaza thanks for replying.

I know we need a break but I need him to function. He told me to find what makes me happy too, but I dont know how to. I used to dance but injury prevents that. I have a degree in psychology ironically but Im not interested enough to pursue a career. I work in a school but Im starting to hate it. Im at a loss

@CompassionOverPride *hugs* what do you do to make yourself feel better?

@conscientiousTiger7814 Thats the problem. Nothing makes me feel better anymore. Things are just getting perpetually worse. I received a gift from my students last week. I felt bad for feeling bad. I wished I could enjoy the gift they gave me. I pretended well enough that I enjoyed it in front of them and my boss. However, inside I was even more vacant, removed, or muted from feeling better or happy. I cant find anything that makes me comfortable. I feel bad about that too. I feel like I am letting the one person who is trying to care about me down.
