I can't take this anymore
Long story short, I'm 16 and I've been depressed for 11 years.
Life has been exceedingly painful and has been worsening exponentially ever since I was 5. I've consulted three different professionals (speech pathologist, psychiatrist, and a psychologist), and I've only been feeling sadder and sadder.
I've been getting sick of everything and everyone. I've been pushing friends away, not caring about myself nor my family, and getting tired of anything I do, whether new or old pleasures. I can't find a meaning or purpose to keep going.
There's still a small spark in me that wants to solve this endless crippling, chronic, and clinical depression, but I just can't resist to submission to suicide.
I need help. I can't take this anymore.
Why were depressed so young? What is your story?
@Legofries suicide isn't a solution although depressrion wasn't easy. Aside from professionals whose trying to help, the best solution is also to help yourself. Try to join an organization perhaps a religous group. That really helps in our lives and gives us hope.
@Legofries
Im sorry you have been depressed for so long and at such a young age. Did something happen in your childhood that caused your depression? I know you are hurting and you just want the pain to stop, but suicide is never the answer. Have the professionals you have been going to helped you at all? You mentioned family and friends.. Lean upon them for support, and i hope they are there to help you through all of this. Keep fighting and never give up. 7 cups is a great place to talk to people who understand what you are going through also.
I am sorry that you are going through this.
Im saying everything I said before! All these words they make no sense, I find bliss in ignorence, Less I hear the less you say, youll find that out anyway.
Oh how I miss him. His death has hit me harder than any death ive experienced this far.
