I feel like I'm going to burst
It's been a while since I felt this powerless and useless but I feel my frustrations and anger just building up. I just want to let it all out but I have no way. I just want to punch something and yell. Everything seems to go wrong when I try my best. Everything about me seems to be wrong with what the world requires of me. Although the world does require a stepping stool for people so maybe I have fulfilled my requirement?
The thing about this is I've always been a mellow and calm person. I never swear, and never punch things but as things just continue to pile on I'm just ready to break and explode. The only other time this happened was back when I was a kid and couldn't handle things anymore and unfortunately I exploded. It was a short explosion but right after that I went back to the emotionless person I have become.
My frustrations just keep growing every week and I don't know how I'm going to handle it. At some point my bottle of emotions is going to become full and I won't have room to store anymore.
@bubbleWater7346 honestly? let yourself explode. punch your wall if you have to, scream into your pillow, rip up old magazines, throw ur clothes around, just do it. you might feel better or worse after, but at least you'll be able to actually feel something and move on from there.
@bubbleWater7346 I know how confussing it is when you used to have a certain perceprtion of your character and suddenly your behaviour stops matching it.
Being angry from time to time is OK :)

I totally relate. When I get into that mood I feel like punching things, throwing things, screaming, and all of these things seem completely unlike me. It's normal to feel this way. Bad days effect people differently. Some days I get very down and other days I get explosive and easily irritated.
I cope by locking myself away from people and avoiding anything social. I try to make the day about me and me alone. I watch movies, I read, I watch youtube. Anything that could make me feel less agitated. Or I'll sleep just to get a break from my own mind.
You could let yourself explode (in a manner where no one gets hurt) or you could try to distract from it. Distraction isn't easy but it helps keep you in control.
I hope you can find a method of coping and that you may find peace within yourself in the future.
