I dont know how to start this thread. I'm just going to pour out all my feelings here. My mind always goes blank. I feel like my brain cells are slowly dying. I don't really have friends in person. I always take a long time to do things like i take an hour to shower. I cant seem to focus on anything. Im always bored. I also feel boring. I feel like I dont have much to contribute during conversations and I feel like anything I say is dumb or unecessary. I feel pressured when people ask me what my hobbies are or what I do in my free time cuz i always have to say something which i dont really do cuz the truth is, I spend my free time just sitting around doing nothing with too many thoughts in my head. im just paranoid that if i try doing something it will go wrong so i always end up doing nothing. Help! I dont know where to start! :'( I hate it when I dont have much to talk about..... i feelll like i'm sooooo boringggg. btw i have an online job but it only keeps me busy for like 2 hours a day thats it so what to dooooo and also college is on january so im really stuck right now

Hi @quickwittedNest5808,

The description of your feelings really speaks to me.

I feel I can relate to this - the feeling and job situation you describe. I've been depressed most of my life, and this is how I would describe my mood in the past.

However, things have started to change a bit, and I hope it'll soon get better for you, too! Then the hobbies and stamina gradually come back.

Not knowing where to start, though, is a natural obstacle. Are you thinking of seeking some professional help? I think a professional and unbiased guidance is extremely handy, but only once one is ready for it.
